The Stories in Food

Michele Crispim, winner of “Master Chef Brazil 2017”, and Francisco Apurinã, indigenous anthropologist born amongst the Apurinã people from the southern Brazilian Amazon, guide us through diverse cultural spaces in immersive culinary processes, to discover the meanings hidden within different ways of cooking.

 Their journeys reveal that there is no single History of Food, but several different stories hidden inside the dishes we eat… flavours of recovered knowledge that are so often lost in a forgotten collective unconscious.
